Black Inclusion Week
10 - 16 May 2021
The Early Childhood Studies Degrees Network would like to showcase Black students and academics to include your voices within our community.
It is an opportunity to be leading as part of the Black Inclusion Week for our student and academic community. We would love you to take part in our demonstration of a commitment to change with regards to Inclusion and Diversity, raising the profile of Black and People of Colour graduates for our Early Childhood Workforce .
The network is going through a time of real change, reflecting on our current position with regards to representation, anti-racism practice and supporting a wider context with regards to anti oppressive practice within Early Childhood and Higher Education. To continue this work, we would welcome those students and academics who are Black to either write a blog, share a presentation or a current/reflection article.
Black Inclusion Week is on the 10th - 16th May 2021.
This is a short turnaround, and we would ask that anything sent to the network is sent by the 7th of May, 5pm.
If you could email email@example.com
We would also welcome a short bio and a photo in your email too.
I hope that you will be able to support the Black Inclusion Week and join in and come and read the showcase of our black students and academics on our website.
